Shipping

How orders move from seller to buyer.

Who ships my order?

The seller. Rumblebid never handles packages or warehouses inventory — every listing ships directly from the seller. Once you pay, the seller packs the item and updates your order page with a carrier + tracking number.

What shipping options are offered?

Today every listing uses a single flat shipping price set by the seller — what you see on the listing is what you pay. Calculated rates (live carrier quotes by zip + weight) are on the roadmap but not live yet. Sellers offering combined shipping on multiple items work it out manually via the order pages.

Which carriers does Rumblebid track?

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — when the seller marks an order shipped with a tracking number from one of these, your order page renders a direct tracking link. "Other" is allowed (regional couriers, freight) but skips the auto-generated tracking link.

Why does the listing say "Doesn't ship to my state"?

Some sellers restrict shipping to certain states. When a seller has excluded your state, the listing shows a "Doesn't ship to …" note and you won't be able to buy it — check another listing or contact the seller.

My package arrived. What now?

Click Mark received on the order page. That confirms delivery to the seller and unlocks the review form. If you forget, we auto-mark the order delivered 14 days after the seller stamps it shipped — keeps the system moving even if nobody clicks.

The seller marked it shipped weeks ago and nothing arrived.

First, click the tracking link from your order page and check the carrier's site. If the package is genuinely lost or stuck in limbo:

  1. Message the seller through the order page — most are responsive.
  2. If unresolved, dispute the charge with your card issuer (or PayPal). Your card's protections apply to the transaction; Rumblebid doesn't reimburse failed deliveries directly.
  3. Let support@trevul.com know so we can flag the seller's account if this is part of a pattern.
